हर इंसान की ज़िंदगी में एक ऐसा मोड़ आता है जो सब कुछ बदल देता है। मेरी ज़िंदगी में वो मोड़ था 29 December 2017 — जिस दिन मैंने Rojgar Sangam (rojgarsangam.in) को launch किया और हमेशा के लिए Tech की दुनिया में कदम रख दिया।
यह सिर्फ एक Website नहीं थी। यह मेरा पहला Project था, मेरी पहली पहचान थी, और वो platform था जिसने मुझे सिखाया कि Internet पर एक real और helpful चीज़ कैसे बनाते हैं।
इस Article में मैं आपको Rojgar Sangam की पूरी कहानी बताऊंगा — इसका idea कहाँ से आया, इसे कैसे बनाया, क्या-क्या Technical काम किया, और इसने मुझे क्या दिया।

Rojgar Sangam क्या है?
Rojgar Sangam एक independent Sarkari Job Information Portal है जो rojgarsangam.in पर available है। यह Website India के करोड़ों Government Job Aspirants के लिए एक trusted platform है जहाँ उन्हें मिलता है:
- Latest Sarkari Job Notifications — SSC, UPSC, Railway, UP Police, UPSSSC और State Level Recruitment
- Exam Results — Board Results से लेकर Government Exam Results तक
- Admit Card — सभी major exams के admit card के direct links
- Answer Key — परीक्षा के बाद Official Answer Key की जानकारी
- Admission Forms — College और University Admission की complete information
- Exam Syllabus — सभी Government Exams का updated syllabus
"Rojgar Sangam" का मतलब है रोज़गार का संगम — यानी एक ऐसी जगह जहाँ Job की हर ज़रूरी जानकारी एक साथ मिले। यह Website किसी Government Department से affiliated नहीं है — पूरी तरह independent editorial platform है जो सारी जानकारी Official Government Websites से लेता है।
इस Project की शुरुआत कैसे हुई?
मैंने Web Development की training पूरी करने के बाद एक IT Company में Web Developer Executive के तौर पर काम किया। करीब एक साल काम करने के बाद मैंने resign किया — इसलिए नहीं कि मैं fail हो गया था, बल्कि इसलिए कि मेरे मन में कुछ बड़ा था।
मैंने देखा था कि India में लाखों युवा सिर्फ इसलिए Government Jobs miss कर देते हैं क्योंकि उन्हें सही समय पर सही जानकारी नहीं मिलती। कोई एक reliable जगह नहीं थी जहाँ सब कुछ आसान भाषा में मिले। बस यही idea था Rojgar Sangam का।
29 December 2017 को पहला Article publish हुआ और Rojgar Sangam officially launch हो गया। उस दिन से लेकर आज तक — यह Website मेरी सबसे बड़ी पहचान है।
Technical Stack — कैसे बनाई गई यह Website?
Rojgar Sangam एक simple blog नहीं है। इसमें बहुत सारा custom technical काम हुआ है। हर चीज़ purpose के साथ choose और configure की गई है।
Platform: WordPress
Website WordPress पर बनी है — जो content-heavy portals के लिए सबसे powerful CMS है।
Theme: Divi 5
Divi 5 by Elegant Themes — इस theme को choose करने की वजह थी इसका flexible Visual Builder और performance advantages। हर section, हर module, हर spacing — सब कुछ custom है। Divi 5 पर काम करते हुए मैंने सीखा कि एक professional website का structure कैसे होता है।
Hosting: Hostinger
Website Hostinger पर hosted है। Hostinger को choose करने की वजह थी:
- LiteSpeed Web Server — जो high traffic को handle करने में सबसे fast है
- NVMe Storage — Ultra-fast data access के लिए
- Excellent Uptime — जो एक job portal के लिए बेहद ज़रूरी है
- India के लिए बेहतर Server Response Time

Custom Code — यहाँ हुआ असली काम
यही वो हिस्सा है जो Rojgar Sangam को एक ordinary WordPress site से अलग बनाता है। मैंने WPCode Plugin के ज़रिए extensive custom code inject किया है — और कुछ code directly Divi के Post Content Module में add किया है।
① Custom JavaScript
एक custom JS snippet लिखा जो mobile screens पर grid column reordering handle करता है। 767px से छोटी screens पर layout खुद को column-by-column reorder करता है — ताकि mobile users को सबसे important content पहले दिखे। साथ ही post meta में dynamically "Published by" label add होता है।
② Custom Table of Contents
Articles में एक Custom Table of Contents है जो पूरी तरह custom JavaScript और CSS से बना है — कोई plugin नहीं। Code WPCode और Divi Post Content Module दोनों में है। इस पर एक अलग detailed article भी आएगा।
③ Dynamic Date Shortcodes
[year], [month], [monthyear] और [day] shortcodes बनाए जो article titles और content में automatically current date insert करते हैं। हर साल manually update करने की ज़रूरत नहीं — बड़ा SEO advantage।
④ Search Results Count Shortcode
[pa_search_results_count] shortcode search page पर results count दिखाता है जैसे: "1,240 results for UP Police Jobs in (0.27 Seconds)" — user experience और trust दोनों बेहतर।
⑤ Last Modified Date
एक PHP filter जो updated articles पर automatically "Last Update on [date]" दिखाता है। यह Google को signal देता है कि content fresh है।
⑥ Auto Image Dimensions
Post content की सभी images में automatically width और height attributes add होते हैं जहाँ वो missing हैं। इससे Core Web Vitals (CLS score) directly improve होता है।
⑦ Script Cleanup
WooCommerce stylesheets, Dashicons और unnecessary scripts non-relevant pages पर dequeue हो जाते हैं। Page load size significantly कम होती है।
⑧ FCM Push Notifications
जब भी कोई नया post publish होता है, Website automatically Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) के ज़रिए Android App users को push notification भेजती है। पूरा JWT authentication और FCM API call server-side custom PHP से handle होता है — कोई third-party notification plugin नहीं।
⑨ Rank Math Customizations
Sitemap caching disable, focus keywords limit 10 तक बढ़ाई, और unnecessary SEO tests editor से हटाए — ताकि writing experience clean रहे।
⑩ Custom CSS — Job Slider & Tag Cloud
Swiper.js powered job slider है जिसमें हर job card color-coded है, hover animation है, rounded pill design है, और 480px से नीचे responsive है। साथ में tag cloud भी matching pill-style buttons में display होता है।

Rojgar Sangam पर अभी तक सिर्फ करीब 40 Articles published हैं — 8+ सालों में यह कम लग सकता है। लेकिन जो मिला वो extraordinary था:

जिस दिन AdSense account में $800 दिखा — उस दिन की खुशी बयान नहीं कर सकता। उस दिन समझ आया कि Internet पर सही काम करो तो results ज़रूर आते हैं।
इस Project ने मुझे क्या सिखाया?
Rojgar Sangam मेरी classroom थी। यहाँ मैंने सीखा कि WordPress actually कैसे काम करता है — themes और plugins के beyond। PHP functions कैसे लिखते हैं और core files touch किए बिना safely inject कैसे करते हैं। LiteSpeed Caching और CDN मिलकर हज़ारों simultaneous users को कैसे serve करते हैं। Google AdSense monetization scale पर कैसे काम करता है। और सबसे बड़ी बात — systems बनाना, सिर्फ pages नहीं।
आज मैं जो भी हूँ — एक WordPress और Divi Theme Expert — उसकी नींव Rojgar Sangam ने रखी।
आगे क्या?
कई सालों तक part-time attention देने के बाद, अब मैं Rojgar Sangam को full-time दे रहा हूँ। Goal है — 40 articles से 400+ तक जाना। हर major Sarkari Job Category, Result, और Exam Update को उस speed और depth के साथ cover करना जो India के job seekers deserve करते हैं।
Technical foundation पहले से world-class है। Hosting solid है। SEO setup complete है। Notification system live है। अब बस publish करना है।
